Biography  

Jose Luis Abreu was born in Venezuela in 1956 where he received his schooling. He obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Agriculture from University of Southern Louisiana, and a Masters degree in Agriculture from California State University in Fresno. 

Dr. Abreu also completed an MBA from Rafael Urdaneta University in Venezuela and a Ph.D. in Management from Venezuela’s U.R.B.E. University. His Ph.D. research was conducted in “The Ethical Dimensions of Management.” 

Dr. Abreu has been attracted and initiated into Zarathushtrianism and is the current director of Latin America Spenta University Foundation and a member of the California based Zarathushtrian Assembly in addition to his other professional activities.
